i tried making her design seem elegant and very dignified. the thing is, she doesn't look much like her old self in her current skin; the identity she puts on is what she believes to be dignified thus her clothing is affected by it too. she thinks light blue is a color of innocence and naivete-- traits a contrast to her-- so she dresses in it. she paints herself innocuous despite her anger within.
